I've been in Houston since 1981. Since then I've seen freezing rain, sleet, ice storms and, yes, a few snow flurries. But I would NEVER have expected to build a snowman in my front yard.

(unfortunately, we were all out of snowman construction items so I had to use spray paint. haha)
